With just one operator, the XL6000M Computer Quilter can produce up to 100 pillow top mattress panels of average design per shift. It features three-axis digital brush less servo control, providing superior quality patterns, ease of pattern and size changes, and low maintenance operation. Utilizing the unique XL6000M Frame Changing Table, one operator stretches and racks the mattress layers while the machine simultaneously quilts another mattress panel.
