XL-6000R Single Needle Quilting MachineABM International, Inc. manufactures the world's only fully automatic CNC gantry quilting machine for the production of high temperature insulation blankets, rocket liners, jet engine pads, furnace blankets, pipe insualtion and body armor.  The XL6000R has been specially designed and engineered to sew reliably with 3M Nextel thread and fabric as well as ceramic, fiberglass, E-glass, Silica, and Kevlar  textiles and threads. It features up to four-axis digital brush less servo control, providing superior quality patterns, perfect control of speed and stitches, ease of pattern and size changes, with extremely low maintenance operation.
